At the heart of UbicaTours is our Semillas Program—summer trips for high school students designed to plant the seeds of resilience, cultural exchange, and leadership. Each journey balances adventure, reflection, and learning, giving students the confidence, perspective, and inspiration to carry forward long after they return home.
Alongside Semillas, we also design educator retreats, school trips, and custom travel experiences for nonprofits, teams, and organizations. No matter which path you choose, our mission remains the same: to make international travel accessible, meaningful, and deeply transformative.
